Interested  in knowing more about St.  Francis and things Franciscan?

Here are some  suggestions. Obviously there are a lot more books on the subject,  but these
are generally modern, reliable and easy to read (with a few classics thrown in).

House, Adrian.Francis of Assissi: a revolutionary life Hidden Spring 2001.  Excellent, but a much longer, in depth study. Well written, and again, the saint is firmly grounded and believable
